Information we collect
When you voluntarily submit a candidate profile or employer inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, location, military service background, work history, technical experience, résumé and hiring requirements.
How we use it
We use candidate information to assess potential matches for specific employer BMET recruiting assignments and, if appropriate, contact candidates. We use employer submissions to evaluate and respond to recruiting inquiries. Submitting a profile does not guarantee a reply, interview, or job offer.
Sharing and processing
Website forms are processed through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded to our business email. Candidate information may be shared with potential employers in connection with relevant recruiting opportunities, ordinarily after discussing the specific opportunity with the candidate. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Retention and requests
We may retain candidate and employer information for future relevant recruiting needs unless you request deletion, subject to legal or legitimate business retention requirements. To request access, corrections, or deletion, email kobrien@bmetvets.com.
Security
We take reasonable care with submitted information, but no online transmission or service is completely secure. Do not include Social Security numbers, military identification numbers, dates of birth, financial account details, or medical information in your submission.
